Notes In November 1931, shortly in advance of the introduction of their 1932 model year automobiles, Chevrolet mailed over a million 4-inch "Durium" promotional records to potential customers. These were mailed without envelopes and had postage-paid labels with typewritten addresses affixed to the back. The record side was titled "Advance Information -- The Great American Value for 1932" and on the back is printed a drawing of an automobile and "Be Sure to Play This Record Today!" Narration with the song "Happy Days Are Here Again" as an underlying soundtrack.

Recordings restricted by copyright will only play 45 seconds to give you a sense of what that recording originally sounded like. These recordings can be identified by the words (Research Station) in the music player.

If a song listed below has not been digitized yet, it will NOT show up within the player. If you need us to digitize this song/album, you can make a formal request here.
