Welcome to the RSA Research Station

An interactive virtual music library for students, teachers and scholars, this password-protected interface provides meta-data, images and digitized streaming-audio tracks from the Recorded Sound Archives’ vast collection of original recordings.  These recordings may be copyright protected.

Create your own virtual workplace to study recorded sound. Find what you are looking for, but it's not digitized yet?  Use the RSA on-demand digitization feature which allows you to make a request for digitization. We will respond promptly to tell you when your song will be online. 

You can browse through over 99,000 full audio tracks on the RSA Research Station.

FAU Students, Faculty and Staff can listen to recordings unrestricted by logging into the Research Station using their FAU ID.

If you are not part of the FAU community and interested in gaining access, you may apply here.

Access is limited to educators, students and serious researchers.
