The Recorded Sound Archives (RSA) is a unit of FAU Libraries Special Collections department. We are located in the Wimberly Library on FAU's Boca Raton campus.

Originally established in 2002 as a small project dedicated to the preservation of recorded Jewish music, it has matured into a robust digitization operation for all types of sound recordings.

This Vistas of Israel program has 4 selections.

1) Ha'Ben Yakili Ephraim, My Favorite Son, Ephraim is sung by the Nahal Entertainment Group. The words are from the Book of Jeremiah and the song is an allegory of the love of the Lord for the people of Israel.

2) Adon Olam, Master Of The Universe, is sung by Hava Alberstein, Edna Goran and Shula Hein. This is a modern edition of the prayer.

3) The story of David and Goliath is sung by La'acat Ha'nomer Ha'na'raw'e, The Terrible Tiger Ensemble.

4) Hagar tells the story of Abraham's driving out of Hagar and Ishmael being driven int o the wilderness and is sung by Arik Einshtein.
