Notes Water Development in Israel (narrative only)

A meeting held in Haifa, Israel has determined that were it not for the development of water resources in Israel the land would be a parched desert as it had been for thousands of years. Several experts who attended this symposium presented their viewpoints of the development of water resources in Israel. All agreed that the applications to conserve and generate water in Israel has been far more than successful.
