The Recorded Sound Archives (RSA) is a unit of FAU Libraries Special Collections department. We are located in the Wimberly Library on FAU's Boca Raton campus.

Originally established in 2002 as a small project dedicated to the preservation of recorded Jewish music, it has matured into a robust digitization operation for all types of sound recordings.

Today's Vistas of Israel program highlights the well-known Israeli singers, Shoshana Damari and the duo of Hillel and Aviva who use a shepherd's flute and the Miriam drum to accompany themselves. There are 4 selections on this program:

1) Auz, Strength, is a spiritual song sung by Ms. Damari with the accompaniment of the chorus and orchestra of Hed Artzi. 1:58 - 4:42

2) Ma'dodech Mi'dud, is from Solomon's, The Song Of Songs and is sung by Hillel and Aviva. 5:40 - 9:08*
