The Recorded Sound Archives (RSA) is a unit of FAU Libraries Special Collections department. We are located in the Wimberly Library on FAU's Boca Raton campus.

Originally established in 2002 as a small project dedicated to the preservation of recorded Jewish music, it has matured into a robust digitization operation for all types of sound recordings.

As of the date of this program, The Broadcasting System Of The State Of Israel (Kol Israel) aired a daily newscast in Arabic. There were other Arabic radiocasts on other subjects as well. The narrator points out that there were 200,000 Arabs in Israel who had full rights of citizenship. Interviews take place with an Arab students attending Hebrew University in Jerusalem. They talk of how they fit in with Jewish students and how good life is at the University.
