Notes The Israel Philharmonic Orchestra On Tour

Ms. Sarah Wilkinson, the public relations officer of the Israel Philharmonic Orchestra, is interviewed by Edward Ellison, a Vistas of Israel reporter. The Orchestra had its first performance in December of 1936 when it was conducted by the great Arturo Toscanini, a leading conductor of the time. Carlo Maria Giulini, conductor during the 25th Anniversary Tour, and other members of the orchestra are interviewed.
