The Recorded Sound Archives (RSA) is a unit of FAU Libraries Special Collections department. We are located in the Wimberly Library on FAU's Boca Raton campus.

Originally established in 2002 as a small project dedicated to the preservation of recorded Jewish music, it has matured into a robust digitization operation for all types of sound recordings.

Notes Folk Songs Of Israel: Marc Lavry’s Sacred Service

This entire broadcast is devoted to the final portion of Marc Lavry's "Sacred Service” which was based upon the Sabbath Prayers. The premier of this work was held in Jerusalem with the Kol Zion Vocal Ensemble and the Kol Zion Orchestra, both led by Mr. Lavri. The soloist is baritone, Y’hoshuah Zohar. 1:20 - 13:12
