Notes | Cantor Moshe Koussevitsky became one of the most celebrated Cantors of his day not only because of his extraordinary dramatic lyric tenor voice but also because of his emotional warmth and enthusiasm which infused all that he sang. This album includes his famous composition, Shaybone Bies Hamikdoch, along with a new rendition of the prayer. Of special interest is the composition Akavyoh Ben Mahalaleil where the Cantor harmonizes with himself. |
