The Recorded Sound Archives (RSA) is a unit of FAU Libraries Special Collections department. We are located in the Wimberly Library on FAU's Boca Raton campus.

Originally established in 2002 as a small project dedicated to the preservation of recorded Jewish music, it has matured into a robust digitization operation for all types of sound recordings.

Notes The noted performer, Mike Burstein, puts aside his comic persona on this album to narrate the story of Israel. “Israel today”, he says, “is more than the land of the Bible and the birthplace of Judaism, Christianity and Islam. It is also a determined young nation of free people.” The narration which includes sound effects, speeches and songs is essentially a message of hope and inspiration for all.
