Notes This collection of Yiddish humor and folklore is guaranteed to make you laugh - but only if you can understand Yiddish. Herschel Gendels stories are hilarious. He pokes fun at people's everyday foibles. His delightful "Nachas from Grandchildren" touches every grandparent right in the heart - and the funnybone. The wisdom of Jewish folklore, a priceless treasure of our cultural heritage, is wonderfully expressed by Gendel. Suggestion: If you are not fluent in Yiddish find someone who is and listen to this wonderful album together.
