Notes In this album, as in 'Songs from my Heart,' Dudu Fisher sings Yiddish songs which bring back memories of the Shtet'l. The album begins with the popular Mamele, a song about a mother, who after caring for her house and children, still has time for the lighting Sabbath candles.Zayde is a reminder to keep celebrating our Jewish heritage if we do not want it to be forgotten.

Recordings restricted by copyright will only play 45 seconds to give you a sense of what that recording originally sounded like. These recordings can be identified by the words (Research Station) in the music player.
