The Recorded Sound Archives (RSA) is a unit of FAU Libraries Special Collections department. We are located in the Wimberly Library on FAU's Boca Raton campus.

Originally established in 2002 as a small project dedicated to the preservation of recorded Jewish music, it has matured into a robust digitization operation for all types of sound recordings.

Today's program has 3 songs, all of which are centered around the City of Jerusalem, literally meaning, The City of Peace. The first 2 are sung in Hebrew and the 3rd is sung in Yiddish. All 3 have female vocalists, but the accompanying orchestras are unnamed:

1) Im Eshkachech Y'rushalayi, If I Forget Thee, Oh Jerusalem, is sung by the soprano soloist, Rose Sander. 1:43 - 4:23

2) Y'rushalayim is sung by Sarah Lash. 5:05 - 8:18
