The Recorded Sound Archives (RSA) is a unit of FAU Libraries Special Collections department. We are located in the Wimberly Library on FAU's Boca Raton campus.

Originally established in 2002 as a small project dedicated to the preservation of recorded Jewish music, it has matured into a robust digitization operation for all types of sound recordings.

One of Israel�s most important exports is the talent of its entertainers. These performers carry the sounds of Israel around the world.

1) Dumam (Silence), sung by Esther Reichstat who teaches Israeli songs and dances in Europe. 2:20 - 5:12

2) Lailah, Lailah (Nighttime), sung by Theodore Bikel, who enjoys a very successful career in the USA. 5:38 - 8:29

3) Hehchalil (The Recorder) is sung by Ron Eliron who tours internationally. 8:57 - 12:05

4)Tumbalalikah, a traditional Yiddish song, played on the balalaika and sung by Theodore Bikel. 12:36 - 14:16
